Regula is a local business from Postira on Brač. We look after houses, villas and apartments for owners who are away from the island most of the year — from regular visits to welcoming guests and getting the house ready for the season.

Regula is run by Đani from Postira. Most of the owners we work with live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, Scandinavia and the USA, and some in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They spend a few weeks a year in their house on Brač. For the rest of the year we are their eyes and hands on the island.

Đani personally arranges every new collaboration, the first visit and the key handover. He knows the local tradespeople, technicians and procedures, so when something is needed we know whom to call and roughly what it should cost.

Đani does most of the work himself. When a fault or a job needs a tradesperson, he brings in trusted local tradespeople, with your approval, and supervises their work. You have one person for everything — and you always know who was in your house and when.

## How we think

### The owner must know what is going on

After every visit we send a photo, and when something is wrong, a report straight away. We do not wait for you to ask.

### Our pricing is transparent

The price list is on the website, with the price on 10 September 2026. No commission on rentals and no margin on tradespeople's invoices.

### Small problems are solved while they are small

Damp, a loose shutter or a blocked gutter take half an hour to fix. If nobody notices them, in a year they become an expensive repair.

### Agreements are in writing

The scope of service, the emergency contact and the cost limit are written into the contract. We take over the keys with a handover record.
