We start from Postira on the north coast of the island. Driving times are approximate; for places more than half an hour away we plan visits in advance and agree emergency response times individually.

[Supetar](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/supetar) — 15 min drive · 10 km · The largest town on Brač and the ferry port for Split. Many apartments and houses owned by foreigners. · Travel: no surcharge

[Pučišća](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/pucisca) — 25 min drive · 20 km · A village in a deep bay on the north coast, known for white Brač stone and its stonemasons. · Travel: +€20 per visit

[Sutivan](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/sutivan) — 25 min drive · 20 km · A village in the west of the island with old stone houses and many holiday homes. · Travel: +€20 per visit

[Milna](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/milna) — 40 min drive · 30 km · A village with a small harbour at the western end of the island, surrounded by bays. · Travel: +€25 per visit

[Povlja](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/povlja) — 40 min drive · 35 km · A quiet bay in the east of the island, with few visitors and many family houses. · Travel: +€30 per visit

[Bol](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/area/bol) — 45 min drive · 35 km · The best-known place on the island, by Zlatni Rat beach. The longest season and the most guests. · Travel: +€30 per visit

## Surcharges by zone

Visits to Postira, Dol, Splitska, Škrip and Supetar carry no surcharge. For other places on the island we charge a travel surcharge per visit, based on the distance from Postira.

Outside Postira, Dol, Splitska, Škrip and Supetar we take on work depending on its scope.

The table covers all 24 settlements on Brač; a house outside a settlement falls into the zone of the nearest one. The surcharge applies to every visit, including each inspection under monthly property care. A same-day guest changeover (check-out and check-in) counts as one visit.
