We look after houses, villas and apartments on Brač while their owners are away. You can book each service on its own or combine them.

[Guest welcome and care on Brač](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/services/guest-management) — For owners who rent out · Guest check-in and check-out, a local contact for guests, and coordinated cleaning and linen. · €70 – €250 per stay

[Cleaning of apartments, houses and villas on Brač](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/services/cleaning) — Changeovers, deep and regular cleaning · Changeover cleaning between guests, deep cleaning and linen. · €21 – €30 per hour per cleaner

[Pool and garden maintenance on Brač](https://www.regula-management.hr/en/services/pools-and-gardens) — For houses with a pool and garden · Pool water treatment and testing, mowing, pruning and garden upkeep. · €60 per visit

We do not manage residential buildings or building funds.

- Regular visits with photos of the house
- A visit after bora, jugo or heavy rain

- Reporting damage to your insurer with photos

- Collecting accommodation payments, tourist tax and deposits
- Cleaning and linen after every changeover
- Checking inventory and damage after departure
- Welcome packs and consumables (at the owner's cost)
- Helping guests in their language

- Water treatment and pool cleaning
- Opening and closing the pool
- Mowing, pruning and weeding
- Olive pruning and palm care
- Irrigation checks
- Clearing dry grass and branches before summer

### Paperwork and bills

- Paying utility and other bills on your instructions
- Dealing with the municipality, insurers and utilities
- Translating and summarising official post
- Help with a rental licence
- Arranging specialists: tradespeople, technicians, an accountant
