If you need us at less than 48 hours' notice, the rate is €30. When linen goes to a laundry, you pay the laundry's price; for properties with a price per stay, collection and delivery are included in that price. ## How we work For hosts we agree a changeover schedule for the whole season. After the guests leave we clean the property, change the linen and towels, and let you know when it is ready for the next guests. In July and August slots fill up fast, so we agree season changeovers as early as possible, ideally by spring. Owners with year-round property care get priority for appointments. From May to September, while we prepare for the season and during it, you can cancel an agreed appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before; for a later cancellation we charge €60.
