The price depends on the type of property and its indoor floor area (without terraces and garden); a villa counts as a house. Included: regular visits (windows, water, airing; usually two a month), a visit after storms, paying bills and preparing for your arrival (airing, switching on the water heater and the heating or cooling; cleaning is charged by the hour). Other work is charged by the hour. For rental properties, property care is charged in months without guests; in months with guests the price per stay applies.

The price per stay is charged for each guest stay: check-in and check-out, guest communication and changeover coordination. If linen goes to a laundry, collection and delivery are included in the price. Cleaning is charged separately, by the hour. In months with guests, the price per stay is charged instead of monthly property care. Phone costs for guest communication are charged once per season. Without year-round property care, keeping your keys with us out of season is charged monthly.

For rental properties, when you come instead of guests. The price is lower than the price per guest stay. Cleaning is charged separately, by the hour. For owners with monthly property care, preparing for your arrival is included in the care and is not charged separately.

Prices are per hour, for each cleaner. Washing, drying and ironing linen on site is included in the hourly cleaning rate. With the price per guest stay, cleaning is charged separately at this hourly rate.

The table covers all 24 settlements on Brač; a house outside a settlement falls into the zone of the nearest one. The surcharge applies to every visit, including each inspection under monthly property care. A same-day guest changeover (check-out and check-in) counts as one visit.

From May to September, while we prepare for the season and during it, you can cancel an agreed appointment (cleaning, guest changeover, preparing the house, garden or pool) free of charge up to 48 hours before. From October to April cancelling is free.
Examples
120 m² house, empty in winter
Monthly property care: €130 a month. Preparing for your arrival is included: airing, water heater and heating or cooling. Cleaning is charged by the hour.
70 m² rental apartment, one-week stay
€70 per stay + cleaning by the hour (€21). In months with guests you do not pay monthly property care.
