What we do with the information you give us

1. Controller

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we process what you enter in the form: name, email, phone, the services you are interested in, the place and details of the property (type, size, garden, pool), the period and your message. The website does not store enquiries: each enquiry is forwarded to Regula by email straight away.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the information you send us.

We also process technical data about visits to the website, described on the Cookies page.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process enquiry data to reply to you and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), to perform a property care contract and to meet legal obligations. We keep traffic statistics through Google Analytics only with your consent. Aggregate, cookieless measurement of visits and page load speed (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is based on our legitimate interest in a fast, working website.

4. Retention

The website keeps no enquiries: there is no database, enquiries are only forwarded by email. The sending service (Resend) keeps the message briefly, for delivery and a record of sending. In our business mailbox we keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed for the reply and any work that follows; if no work follows, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Client documents are kept as required by accounting and business record rules.

5. Recipients

The following process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, protecting the form against automated submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile) Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate visit counts and page load speed, no cookies; IP addresses are not stored) and Cloudflare Zaraz, used to measure traffic with your consent.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (traffic statistics, only with consent to analytics; your IP address is not passed to Google).
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA) — sending enquiries from the form to Regula by email.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Workspace, the business email service that receives enquiries.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message is transmitted by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own privacy policy. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Details on cookies and consent are on the Cookies page.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare, Google and Resend may process some data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including the US. Transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which all three companies are certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to djani@regula-management.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.

8. Security

The website runs over HTTPS only, and only Regula can edit it, after signing in with a code sent by email. Enquiries are not stored on the website or with the hosting provider.

9. Changes

We update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
