What worries owners most — and how we handle it
- “Will the pool turn green while nobody is there?”
- Not if it is maintained regularly: we test and treat the water and clean the filter. With less frequent visits the water can turn a little cloudy, so we agree how often we come based on the season and how the pool is used.
- “Who will open the pool for the season and close it in autumn?”
- Spring opening and autumn closing with the winter cover are booked as separate visits.
- “What if guests report that the pump has stopped?”
- We come to check, and if a technician is needed we organise one and send you an estimate.
- “Will the garden survive the summer?”
- We check the irrigation and timers and water the plants when there is no system or it fails.

The business is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

How we work
On the first visit we look at the pool, the filtration system and the garden and agree a schedule — weekly in season, less often outside it. After each visit we let you know the water condition and anything we noticed.
Opening the pool in spring and closing it for winter is arranged together with preparing the house.
